Cabinet freezers meet all the present-day requirements for freezing equipment control and maintenance. Cabinets are intended for freezing and cooling of food products. Cabinet freezers are used for freezing (cooling) of the following products – ready-to-eat meals, confectionary, seafood and meat products as well as for freezing of large-sized products and products with extended storage time. CRIOLINE can be used to store cooled or frozen food products.
Cabinet freezers have up to 10 various freezing modes depending on the product in use. The door frame is equipped with a heating system so the door can be easily opened both in the process of freezing and at the end of this process, so the operation losses will be kept to a minimum. Chamber floor is equipped with a special detachable ramp for the comfortable loading/unloading of the cabinet. The freezer can be easily installed and operated. Special blowers help adjust an optimal mode of foodstuff freezing.

Hygienic characteristics: the freezer meets the highest requirements of hygienic standards. All freezer components are made of stainless steel and completely soldered inside. The cabinet can be easily cleaned as all the inner components are detachable.
Cryogenic liquid: either liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide can be used as chilling liquid, which allows to apply different methods of freezing and cooling. Gas supply is performed through special solenoid valves, which allows to regulate freezing temperature.
Cabinet freezer allows to control main parameters during operation. The equipment has 10 main freezing modes. To monitor the effectiveness of freezing the freezer is equipped with special probes measuring temperature inside the product and on its surface. Each freezer has light and sound acoustic alarm as well as a special monitor which allows to control freezing temperature. There is also a special serial port RS485 which helps perform the remote control of the process.
The freezer can be elevated with the help of a loader or a lifting sling crane.
Cabinet freezer has two models – single chamber freezer CRIOLINE CF and double chamber freezer CRIOLINE CF.
Blowers of the double chamber freezer are located on two walls inside the cabinet, which allows to freeze food products that need this kind of freezing, more quickly and stronger. Single chamber freezer has only one wall equipped with blowers that is why it is used for standard foodstuff freezing. Another option is related to the doors (front and back doors), and allows to load food products on special trolleys to one door and unload them from another one. To increase the output, two cabinets can be coupled together for optimum use of cryogenic liquid.
