Oxygen may be used alone or as a complement to air when oxidising white liquor. In several mills, oxygen supplied by Linde is used for white liquor oxidation. The oxygen is used as a complement to air. By adding oxygen to existing white liquor oxidation equipment, increased capacity can be achieved without any larger investments.
